Had an amazing experience on my visit but also the week before I had never taken my car here before as I had just bought it used and I needed fluids topped off so I stopped in within 10 mins I was in and out they took care of it so quickly and I was back that Monday for a full service and again wonderful!!

Positives: Friendliness, knowledge, and "no B.S." approach from the two individuals I interacted with (especially Jasten) was extremely refreshing. Text-based communications were thorough and gave me a chance to review details very easily. No "extra" issues or costly recommendations were made, which I appreciated. And the requested work was carried out exactly as communicated and with a very fast turnaround. Negatives: Really only two. First, the service desk area of the building is quite small and cramped so getting the process started and knowing who was next in line was a bit messy, and there weren't enough service reps available to handle everyone who was there all at once. Second, the audio in the walk-around video of my car that I received via text to explain what they found was muddled to the point where I couldn't really hear what the technician was saying, rendering it largely useless.

Consistently great service. Mechanic noted a bent wheel on balancing wheels, and warned it may cause some vibration, but did the best they could. Car rides smoothly with no vibration! Will be buying a new wheel soon too.
