    Carlock VW Cool Springs is hands down the best dealership service department I’ve ever dealt with. All staff are knowledgeable about cars in general, and VW’s specifically. Tim and his team should be commended.

    Everyone was very kind and curteous. I prefer to give a 3.5 but not that wasnt an option. My only complain is the amount of time it took for my repairs and the lack of communication regarding the amount of time. I dropped my car off at 730am, did not get my Uber until 8am and arrived at work late. I called around noon to find out the status of my repair and was told my advisor would call and give me an update. I didnt receive another call until about 3pm confirming that the service dept was supposed to make the repair I requested. My car was done at 4pm. My Uber did not arrive until 5pm because my advisor sent them to VW instead of to my work to pick me up at first. I had to call to correct the pickup location. Again, everyone was kind and curteous, just the communication and time I was without a vehicle was frustrating.

    The service was done well and in the time quoted. My only negative was a video sent to me concerning service I might wish to attend to. The video was useless. It would have been better if what ever the message was had been written out>

    The customer service representative, Hailey was excellent! She was fast and efficient while still being so caring of the customers needs. She is friendly yet very professional. Very helpful. She did an outstanding job in every way. And even included a car wash to top it off! She’s the BEST!
