I bought 2 new rear tires. Three minutes after I drove away from the VW repair, the tire pressure low indicator came on. What a bummer!
I had errands to do and could not just turn around and come back. In fact I did not have a good opportunity to get back so when I was at home, I used my tire pump to check the left rear as indicated by my screen, and it was low. I pumped it up to closer to 42, and checked all the others. I reset the tire pressure indicator and have not had any more problems.

We had excellent customer service. We had just bought our 2023 VW Atlas Cross Sport SEL from carmax. Our car was leaking oil and had a check engine light. It sucked that we had to leave it to get fixed. They even gave us a loaner car to use until it was fixed.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change. Person on phone said I didn't need one - just walk in. Walked in next day & person there seemed surprised I didn't have appointment. Waited an hour for an uber to my office. Multiple issues w/Uber system that day. 2 notifications from VW that my Uber would be arriving did not come until much later and - by then - well after the Uber driver cancelled the trip. I wound up paying for my own Uber to get back to the dealership. Very frustrating.
