My service advisor, Alex, had no personality and made my questions and concerns seem unwelcome. I checked in on my vehicle at one point and was made to feel that I was bothering him by asking. A problem was found in my vehicle and an expensive fix was proposed. Nothing was explained to me - just offered to be fixed for $3200. When I dropped off my keys, I requested the key battery be changed. At the end of service, I didn’t notice it on the bill and I asked Alex about it. He responded that he was about to give me my key back. I’m still not sure if the key battery was changed or not.
