Service and communication was neutral, communication seems to rely heavily on technology rather than personal interaction. Added one additional item to oil change and 40K check up, had a screw in my rear tire leaking. When asked about status, after text that my car was ready for pick up, know one new if it had been fixed. Not on any paper work, and still wasn't when picked up and paid. But it had been fixed because there is no longer a leak. I am grateful, but lack of communication and documentation seem strange for the customer and for the business.
