    Service overall was really good, but the suggestion of how long the process would take varied. First time I came in it was short, then I was told that this particular fix was long because of the labor time. Somebody was wrong or overestimating. But I made arrangements accordingly. Then they said it was done quicker than expected because their tech was able to start sooner than expected. Even though it wasn’t close to being the amount of time they estimated the job to take. It seemed like one person overestimated the time difference on purpose to cover in case they couldn’t get to it. Not because the job actually took 4-5 hours to do. I’d rather them just be upfront about their busy schedule or a technician being behind.

    As soon as I arrived for service Alex Galbreath was ready to help me straight away. He walked me through what my car needed and how long it was going to take, which I truly appreciated. He kept me updated and had a kind and friendly attitude the whole time, definitely makes me want to come back again.
