Making an appointment was easy and I was greeted immediately at the door by a smiling and very nice service advisor - I waited a short time in the very clean, comfortable and safe lobby. All the employees were very friendly.

Made an appointment to correct an issue with something that was done at my last appointment. When I got there I was originally told that the tech who would need to do it didn’t have time. This should have been communicated before I drove there for the appointment. Luckily someone could fix it for me and I didn’t have to reschedule.
