Whenever you walk into a dealership it is a game of us vs them. We tried a local dealer and things went sideways fast. So we caught our breath and drove to Cool springs to just try again. We were warmly welcomed by Sierra, who talked to us about us. We then moved on to the ID Buzz. She had enough knowledge on it to show us all the features (especially the massage chair) and then a test drive. We learned more about her and where she came from. Never during the ride did she push a sale. We got back and just asked for some numbers, and after a few volleys back and forth, we had a deal. Sierra then introduced us to Brad who also was very knowledgeable and professional. We left with a loaner so the buzz could be prepared. Sierra delivered a couple days later and the buzz is awesome. Highly recommend this team!
