    I called asking if I should come in for some noise I was hearing with my breaks and they said absolutely. They told me they had only ever done a visual test on my vehicle so I needed a full break test. I brought it in and they told me it was probably fine. They looked at them and didn’t do the full test like I asked. They also took double the amount of time they said.

    I was overcharged. It took me two hours to get someone to pickup the phone when I wanted to come pick my car up. In the waiting area, most people just hanging out on their phones, nobody makes eye contact.

    I recently came in to Cool Springs VW due to there being a recall out for my car. What would normally be an inconvenient experience was quickly resolved all due to the gracious help of Hayley. Hayley is an excellent service advisor and did an amazing job at keeping me informed and up to date. I was needing service very last minute and Hayley was able to get me in the next day and the car was finished that same day. She lined me up a loner vehicle and even carried my child’s car seat from my car to the loner vehicle. I wasn’t able to make it back to the dealership that same day and they let me keep the loner from Saturday until Monday with no problem. She even made sure to get me in a SUV loner since that is what I am used to. Hayley goes above and beyond just being a good employee and really went the extra mile to make it a quick, easy, and stress free experience. She even carried the car seat back from the loaner back into my car once I picked it up! I very much appreciate Hayley’s help and she made me feel like more than just a customer! I want to acknowledge the entire service department as they were very friendly and professional and are ultimately the ones who did the repair work so quickly. They rock too!

    The only thing that went wrong is that my car was parked up against a building pilar. When I went to leave, it was impossible to get in. A tech that was outside made his way in and moved it.
