    The entire sales staff at Cool Springs Volkswagen was phenomenal, Jimem the salesman, Brad the sales manager and Peter the finance specialist, were all simply great to work with. I purchased a 2024 Atlas and was prepared to make the deal the day I went in and the sales team was equally prepared to exceed my expectations.

    Absolutely! Here's the revised customer feedback: --- I had a great experience with the team when I bought my car. Sarah, the sales person, was really genuine and persuasive, making sure I got exactly what I asked for. Peter, the finance officer, was pretty cool and really good at his job, making everything smooth and easy. Brad, the sales manager, seemed very caring and was super nice and attentive. Overall, the dealership was great, and I’d highly recommend doing business with VW of Cool Springs. The three of them did an amazing job getting me a deal and making the whole process comfortable.

    It was frustrating that I came in for a recall on Tuesday 2/24 for 3 hours due to notifications I was receiving via the app & letters (not a check engine light) for the PODS, left the dealership and immediately was getting a continuous error for the "airbag" almost every mile it would make a LOUD ding and flash "error: airbag" so l had to carve out another set of hours to bring it back on Wednesday 2/25 to see what the issue was. After being there for an hour and a half more, it was determined that the bolts weren't tightened on the airbag or something similar but simple enough that it could've been done correctly the day prior. I started coming to this dealership when I moved to Tennessee in September 2023. I moved to Murfreesboro in June 2024 and remained loyal to this location due to the friendliness of the staff, the efficiency and the overall feel of the customer service, but it does take me 40 minutes each time to get to this location so simple errors that could be done correctly the first time like making sure the bolts are on the car correctly are quite frustrating.
