Taiwan Hamilton and his team were amazing in helping us find the perfect vehicle for us. The service manager Tim Gardin took time to go through some charging questions we had and explain some features that were new to us. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Hayley (my service advisor) was incredible. She stayed focused on making the experience positive. Carlock is just an expensive dealership. I originally bought this car in Columbus ga and will take it back for service whenever I visit family in Georgia because the price is better.

This was the most expensive oil change I’ve ever done on my Passat! Moved here from Florida this past summer, and I have NEVER paid 169.00!!! Ridiculous!!!! The employees were very nice, however I will never be back.
