They got me in and out in a good timeframe. I usually wait for my car so the wifi and snacks are always a plus. Tony is also the best!

Toni Thomas is a top notch service advisor. All of the staff are great to deal with.

First class from Daniel and team. Only bad part was that after doing the software reload they ran out of the recall door handles which were scheduled to be done in this visit too. Sure this is excusable given the magnitude of the recall. Rest was perfect from loaner car to great interaction with the whole team!

The staff was great, but I had to leave my car all day and then overnight for a software update. Even though I was led to believe it would be ready in the afternoon, my car had to remain there overnight. After it literally took all day (was in at 7:30, worked from the location until 4:30), I was told that the first 2 updates worked, but the 3rd failed...which then required all 3 updates be ran again. I'm in software development and it's crazy to me that it would take a full-day to do a software update and even then that the 3rd update would require that the 1st 2 updates be ran again...even though they ran successfully.

Charging $150 just to look at the GPS, not say what is wrong and then price, just $150 to look. My wife laughed at your tech and 3% on credit card payments. Bought 3 cars here and seems to nosediving into just fees, not customer care
