Daniel is amazing as always. He takes his time to explain things and goes the extra mile to make the customer experience pleasant even when there was a snafu in the garage he turned it into a positive. I did get a better deal with the snafu.

This was my first maintenance visit and the service was completely free. I was a little early but they took my car right in. The technicians were very thourgh and explained what they did to my car.

Surprised that service doesn’t include a simple car wash and/or vacuuming of car interior. I’ve seen that at many other dealerships.

My experience at Carlock volkswagen of coolsprings I thought was wonderful, only to find out that even though it was noted as complete they didn't rotate my tires and nor checked my brakes, this is very concerning to me, makes me wonder did they truly do all the other checks they marked as complete??
