Employees are nice. Turned around same day unscheduled service to address check engine light. Tried to fix car play issues and now it’s working worse. Recommended that we pay $900 to attempt to fix a brake issue that we’ve been dealing with for 3 years when we’re 3 months from finally ending this lease. We’ve been told the brakes are already fixed and also that they cannot be fixed and it’s just an issue with the Atlas. Extremely frustrating!

The staff has made the service experience so extraordinary I do not have any desire to ever go anywhere else for any of my automotive needs. Always a courteous greeting. All of the details are explained well. There is never any pressure about any of the recommended services. The facility is a great place to wait for my vehicle. Offering to give me a ride somewhere while my vehicle is being serviced is above all expectations. I cannot think of a single expectation that was not exceeded.

I recently visited VW Cool Springs for yet again, another oil leak. I was told there wasn’t a leak and that it’s normal for the Atlas model to “burn oil” between oil changes. For reference, I was down an entire Qt from 2 months prior. Knowing it is an existing issue given the 4 cylinder engine and recalls, we went ahead and started looking at our options to sell it.
