Had a great experience. Jack did a great job explaining what they were doing for the service both before and after and the technicians worked really fast which I appreciate it. Jack has helped me out before and is always very professional and kind. Definitely would come back to the cool springs dealership 10/10

Connor and everyone we came into contact with there was very nice and helped us find exactly the vehicle we wanted even when having to pick it up from out of state! Making a new car purchase is a big deal so getting exactly what we were looking for is important to us. Getting the vehicle for us from out of state showed us that they wanted us to be happy with the purchase too.
