Our salesman did a decent job, but after driving the vehicle on Monday evening, we let our salesman know at 8:30 am on Tuesday we wanted to move forward with purchasing the vehicle and came to an agreement through texting and email....We made arrangements to meet at 4:00pm on Tuesday to finish paperwork on the vehicle the salesman and his manager had signed the paperwork and had us sign the paperwork THEN informed us the vehicle we had test drove was no longer available and they would have to go to another dealership to get the same car....THIS COST US VALUABLE TIME and was very manipulative by the sales staff....We were in a time crunch to purchase a new car or we would not have bought the vehicle that we then had to test drive again. We like the Atlas, but we do not recommend purchasing from Carlock Volkswagen

Service department damaged my wheel and didn't inform me. Drove all the way back home (25 miles) to discover this. Had to bring it back for another wheel and waited over 2 hours without being updated. Why do I have to make an appointment when they never get you in at that time. Being 50 miles round trip, this is unacceptable. Miles, fuel, time and all because they damaged my vehicle!
