I had a great experience here. Was greeted nicely when I walked in and the man who checked me in went over and explained everything that I wanted done. I waited there, the waiting area is nice and clean with drinks and snacks at your choosing. I would definitely recommend this dealership. I had a terrible experience at Murfreesboro and won’t be going back there so I’m happy to say that Volkswagen of Cool Springs is my new spot! I do wish they would let you know ahead of time of the 3% charge if you use a credit card.

When I walked into the building, there were three individuals working on computers and greeting the guest walking in and there were four younger individual sitting behind them. What used to be a storage area for printers just playing on their phones and not even looking up. The two individuals at the computers that were there to check you in were not smiling or expressing any emotion of Happiness that a customer was in their vicinity to get their car assessed and worked on. I was told the work on my car might take three hours, but it took the entire day and no one ever called to update me and every time I called I got disconnected. The answering service that is available currently is unreliable and frustrating.

The entrance to service was not easily accessible. Cars were parked in various directions making flow impossible to understand. No one greeted me. The waiting area was the most uncomfortable of any dealership I've ever encountered and staff were very loud.
