My first time at this location & was a better overall experience than previous VW location I’ve been to. I appreciate the water pump & thermostat replacements being completed same day. Unfortunately missed out on complimentary wash since so late in the day. Chad my service advisor was great & I plan to return for further service going forward.

I had a battery failure and was parked on a busy highway. My first thought was to call the local VW dealer where I bought my car and have always used them for service. No one answered the phone!!! Not a service person or a receptionist. I was trying to get VW roadside service. A local policeman stopped and helped me get started and I drove to the dealership and they were nice but so busy with only two people to help and take your information. You need more staff at this dealkership in Cool Springs.
