Hayley is an excellent service advisor! She is very helpful, thorough, & communicative. She kept me up to date with the status of my repair and the expected finish date. My beloved GTi had a problem fully covered under warranty. Haley was my service advisor. She was able to get me in, get me a loaner car, get the work done, and have me on my way all done very efficiently. She was responsive to me needs/requests and always very polite and non-confrontational. I bought my GTi at this dealership, and even though I am closer to another dealership, I choose to return to this one for service because of their professionalism and efficiency.
