Our service advisor Jasten was excellent, but the work on our Tiguan took more time than necessary and was not completed correctly the first time. This required towing our car back to the dealership to correct the errors in the initial transmission work.

They are one of the most professional, courteous, friendly, enthusiastic, and competent service centers I have ever worked with. They were very accommodating, and there was never any "pressure" to have unnecessary work done - they did exactly what was needed, so I always felt that I was in good hands and could trust them completely.

Jasten was very professional and friendly. Overall a very good experience. Only negative, (which is a minor one), our service took 15-30 minutes longer than promised. Wasn't a big deal to me, just wanted to let you know.

My service advisor was amazing—-took time to listen to my concerns and make sure every one of my warranty issues was addressed. Very appreciative he also orchestrated rides for me to go home so I didn’t have to wait all day. Wonderful service!!
